Deer found in data centre

Video of a deer found in the server room of a data centre after breaking through a wall. I originally saw this posted on tiktok as an appropriated video (with appropriated audio I couldn't identify). Reverse image searching took me to this reddit post, which linked me to this news page. The news page seems to have been reposting from this tweet.

Animal control was called and the deer escaped fearful, but unharmed.

I'm interested in the contrast of the deer alienated in a liminal/corporate/mechanical environment. I wonder if animals often end up in spaces like these? It reminds me of the Adam Chodzko work where he allowed animals to explore a gallery space: https://www.adamchodzko.com/works/night-shift-2004/

Who owns the rights to these videos/photos? Most presumably the original posters on X - a furry collective who organise events for hackers? (I'm not sure I understand that to be honest)... But these images have been reposted and reframed across four different platforms. Finding the source proved very difficult because, but that doesn't mean the OP doesn't still own the rights, just that its providence has become a little muddled. What happens if I use this video without permission? I sought out the context for this video but what happens if I intentionally omit it? Or re-include it?
